Authorization of Zoho WorkDrive Integration

To set up the Zoho WorkDrive integration in Bit Form, simply go to the Bit Form plugin and open up the form you want to work on. Then, head to the form settings and look for the integrations section. Click on the plus icon to add a new integration, and search for Zoho WorkDrive from the available options.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

Data Center: Select a Data Center from the drop-down list.

To get your Zoho WorkDrive Client ID & Client Secret, follow these steps:

• Access Zoho Developer Console: Go to “Zoho Developer Console“.
• Add Client: Click on “Add Client” and choose “Server-Based Application” as the client type.
• Name your Application: Provide a descriptive name for your application.
• Gather Integration Details:
  • Go to your integration’s settings page (separate platform).
  • Copy the Homepage URL from the integration settings.
• Paste Homepage URL: In the Zoho API Console, locate the “Homepage URL” field and paste the copied URL.
• Gather Authorized Redirect URIs:
  • Still on your integration’s settings page, copy the Authorized Redirect URIs.
• Paste Authorized Redirect URIs: In the Zoho API Console, find the “Authorized Redirect URIs” field and paste the copied URIs.
• Create Client: Click the “Create” button to finalize the process.
• Copy Client Credentials: The Zoho API Console will display your “Client ID” and “Client Secret“.
• Integrate Credentials: Copy and paste these credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) into the designated fields on your integration platform.

Once you have successfully entered your Zoho WorkDrive Client ID & Client Secret, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Select the required Team and Folder from the dropdown. There are My Folder is the personal folder and General is the team folder.

Create New Folder: To create a folder in Zoho Workdrive you have to define the folder name in Create New Folder Actions.

You can also create a folder in Workdrive via field value. For this, you have to select the field from the dropdown.

You can add a random number with the folder name by selecting the Add Random Number option.

Also, You can share the folder with users and control their access. There are four types of permission such as View, Edit, Organize, and Upload.

• View: When you select this option the users can view, copy, and download the created folder and also add comments to them.
• Edit: When you select this option the users can view, add, edit, and rename the creating folder, but cannot share or move them.

• Organize: When you select this option the users can edit, rename, and organize the creating folder within the Team Folder, and also share them with other team members.
• Upload: If you want to permit the users for file uploading in the creating folder you need to select this option.

You can also send an email notification to the selected user about the folder created by selecting the Send Email Notification option.

In Zoho Workdrive, if a new folder is checked but the folder name is not given, then by default, a folder will be created with the name: New Folder with a random number. Example: New Folder 5f58e5273

2. Upload Files: You can send Attachments in Workdrive. For this, you have to select the file upload field that you want to send. Also, you can share the attachment with users and control their access. There are four types of permission such as View, Edit, Share, View, and Comment.

• View: When you select this option the users can view, copy, and download the sending attachment.
• Edit: When you select this option the users view, add, edit, and rename files the sending attachment, but cannot share or move them.
• Organize: When you select this option the users edit, rename, organize the sending attachments, and also share them with other team members.
• View and Comment: When you select this option the users can view, copy, and download the sending attachment also comments to them.

You can also send an email notification to the selected user about the folder created by selecting the Send Email Notification option.

Map all the fields, select the necessary Actions to be performed on integration, and then click on the Save button to save your settings.

In the end, create a Workflow for triggering the integration. Select the integration that you created before.
