Bit Form – Email Template

Learn how to create, customize, and manage email templates in Bit Form using smart tags, form fields, and formatting options.

Setup Email Template

To access and configure email templates in Bit Form, log in to your WordPress dashboard and select the desired form by clicking on its name. Go to Settings and choose the Email Template option.

Email Notification:

Both you and your client will get a notification email once they submit the form

Even you can send emails after a form has been created, edited, or deleted.

You can also put the custom message for email notification

The following features are available under Form Settings.

Click Form Name➤ Setting➤ Email Template

➤ You can choose template from pre-designed template or from template library

➤You can put dynamic field names both under the subject line and email body

➤ You can allow HTML and CSS for styling

➤You can copy and paste previous design template onto editor

➤You can edit styling by the help of rich text editor

Template Name: Enter the name for your email template here.

Subject: Enter your subject here. You can also select a form field or use smart tags for the subject.

Body: Write your email content here. You can add form fields, map them in a table, use smart tags, format your email, and much more.

Once you’ve set up your email template, click the Save Template button to save your changes.

You also have the option to duplicate, edit, or delete the template as needed.
